ROUNDS is an interface to a smart contract deployed on Robinhood Chain. The contract is public and permissionless; this website is one way to reach it.

ROUNDS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Robinhood. Robinhood Chain is a public network built by Robinhood; ROUNDS is an independent protocol deployed on it.

Stock Tokens are Robinhood's product: tokenized derivatives that track a price. They are not shares, and a round settles on the on-chain price of the Stock Token's Uniswap pool, a 30-second average, not on any single trade. A round references the on-chain price of the Stock Token's Uniswap pool; nothing you bet is converted into a Stock Token.

Around the clock. A round opens when the first bet on a market arrives and closes 60 seconds later. It is settled by the next bet on that market or by anyone who calls settle. A round settled later than 120 seconds after its close is refunded. A round whose average at the close equals its average at the open is refunded. A round with no bets on one side at the close is refunded.

Parimutuel wagering is regulated. This interface is not offered in restricted jurisdictions; it is your responsibility to know whether you may use it where you are. The contracts are public, neutral code and enforce nothing about location. This build performs no location check: nothing here verifies where you are, and reaching the contract by this interface or any other route is your responsibility, not ours.Restricted jurisdictions: the list is printed here before the first round opens.

You must be of legal age to wager where you are.

A bet is a transfer of USDG into the contract for one round on one side, between 1 and 200 USDG per address per round. It cannot be withdrawn after it is placed. It is paid out, refunded, or lost according to the contract, and the contract alone. A payout or a refund is collected by a call you make.

Pause new rounds (open rounds still settle), Add a market (add-only, disclosed first), Sweep dust (two-step, 24 hours, only balances that belong to no round, never a pool). Nothing else.

The Take, 3% of the losing pool at settlement, to treasury. Nothing on a refund.

Nothing here is financial advice. Past rounds say nothing about future rounds. You can lose the full amount of every bet.

The contract has not been audited. This clause is removed the day that is untrue.

We store nothing about you beyond what the chain already shows. The geolocation check runs at request time and is not logged with your address. Details on /privacy.

We can change this page; the date at the top changes with it. The contract does not change.
